Chris Henderson is a consultant with a background in international community development. Regionally Chris specializes in South and South East Asia; He has previously worked in Indonesia and the Philippines and speaks Indonesian. He has classroom experience as a Geography teacher, and is passionate about the implementation of Education for Sustainable Development in low decile New Zealand Schools. His work has also focused on the role of teachers and young people in supporting disaster resilience and recovery practices, and in this area Chris has designed and facilitated international workshops for the United Nations Environment Program and UNESCO.
