Cognition

The Cognition Property Manager is responsible to allocate accommodation to employees. There is a list of criteria that is worked through as accommodation is allocated, but the criteria order can change depending on circumstances, but generally, the criteria are:
1.    Seniority (Level of responsibility in the project);
2.    Family living with staff member (i.e. Spouse and/ or children);
3.    Tenure (Length of time in the project);
4.    Special requirements (Wheelchair access, etc);
